Production process:
1. Casting preparation
Firstly, it is necessary to develop a production plan and produce a roll model to be produced. Then, familiarize yourself with the technical requirements and working environment of the roll to be produced. Based on the type, size, and quality requirements of the material, choose the correct casting steel material and casting process, and construct appropriate casting equipment and molds.
2. Melting cast steel
Place the selected material into a blast furnace or electric furnace and melt it at high temperature to determine the appropriate temperature and chemical composition of the molten steel. After passing the inspection, pour the steel into the pre prepared shaping mold, wait for the steel to cool and solidify, and continuously monitor the temperature and internal quality to ensure the quality and performance of the cast steel rolls.
3. Heating annealing
After removing the roller from the mold, it is first heated and gradually tempered to eliminate stress and internal defects during the casting process, optimizing its internal structure and improving grain size. Generally, heat treatment lasting for several hours or more is required to gradually reduce the temperature and undergo small-scale supplementary annealing treatment.
4. Precision processing and testing
Send the cast steel rolls into the mechanical processing workshop and use industrial processing methods such as milling, polishing, cutting, and drilling to make its size and geometric shape accurate to the specified requirements. Then, conduct a series of tests such as steel testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, etc. to ensure that the performance indicators of the roller such as stress, hardness, wear resistance, and impact capacity meet the standard requirements.

Cast steel rollers are widely used in high-speed steel production lines, steel plates, steel grooves, strips, pipes and other industrial fields. They are important tools for material processing, heat treatment, and shaping, and have particularly strict requirements for product quality. Detection method:
Due to the unique working environment of cast steel rolls, their safety, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance have a significant impact on the quality and performance of products. Therefore, strict testing must be carried out in every stage of production. The main testing methods include composition analysis and chemical property testing of cast steel, metallographic testing, size and geometric shape testing, hardness and toughness testing, as well as non-destructive testing such as hydraulic testing, ultrasonic, magnetic powder, X-ray, etc. These detection methods can not only timely detect and correct problems in production, but also improve the quality and competitiveness of cast steel rolling rolls, adapt to market demand and development trends.
