High Speed Steel Roll Inspection

Production process:

1. Raw material quality inspection: Check whether the composition and performance of the steel meet the production process requirements;

3. Heat treatment: normalize and quench the roller blank to improve the hardness and toughness of the roller;

5. Welding: Weld the rollers in different parts to form an overall roller;
6. Polishing: Polishing the High speed steel roll to improve its surface smoothness and corrosion resistance;
7. Spraying: Spray the roller to improve its surface hardness and wear resistance.

Inspection process:

5. Polishing quality inspection: Conduct surface quality, smoothness, and other inspections on the polished roller;
6. Spraying quality inspection: Conduct surface hardness, wear resistance, and other inspections on the sprayed roller.
