      Production process of SGP rolls
1. Mold design and manufacturing: Determine the shape, size, and other parameters of the roll mold, select suitable mold materials, use CAD or CAM software for design, add pearlite spheroidizing agent and inoculant to the mold material, and carry out mold manufacturing.
2. Melting: High quality blast furnace pig iron, scrap steel and other raw materials are selected for melting and heating, and pearlite spheroidizing agent and inoculant are added to spheroidize the iron liquid, forming pearlite ductile iron liquid.
3. Casting: By automatic or manual casting, the pearlite ductile iron liquid is injected into the casting mold, which is naturally solidified and cooled to form a rough ductile iron roller.
4. Heat treatment: Heat treat the nodular cast iron roller blank to ensure that its structure and performance meet the requirements.
5. Machining: Through machining processes such as turning, milling, and grinding, the pearlite ductile iron rollers are accurately processed to form the final product.


      Advantages of SGP1 rolls

      Production process of SGA1 rolls
1. 2. Smelting: high-quality blast furnace pig iron, scrap steel and other raw materials are used for melting and heating, and the spheroidizing agent and twin forming elements of nodular cast iron are added to make the molten iron form Bainite ductile iron liquid.
3. Casting: Bainite ductile iron liquid is injected into the casting mold by automatic or manual casting, and the rough roll of ductile iron is formed after natural solidification and cooling.
4. Heat treatment: Heat treat the nodular cast iron roller blank to ensure that its structure and performance meet the requirements.
5. Machining: After turning, milling, grinding and other machining processes, the Bainite ductile iron roll is accurately processed to form the final product.


      Advantages of SGA1 rolls
1. Good wear resistance: the dual structure of Bainite ductile iron Bainite and ductile iron matrix ensures its high wear resistance under high temperature and high pressure working environment.

      Pearlitic nodular cast iron roll and Bainite nodular cast iron roll are slightly different in production process and material composition, but both have their own advantages to meet the requirements of different industrial fields for roll performance.
