SGP1 Production Inspection

1. Raw material preparation: The main raw material for SGP1 is high-quality steel, which needs to be inspected and screened to ensure that its strength, toughness, and wear resistance meet the requirements.

2. Turning and drilling: After the steel is preliminarily cut, it enters the lathe for precise processing, including turning, drilling, and other processes to ensure the accuracy of the contour, size, and hole of the roll.

3. Precision grinding: After turning and drilling, the SGP1 roller enters the precision machining process. This process requires high-precision grinding machines and grinding wheels to grind the surface of the roller and the interior of the hole, ensuring that the roundness, flatness, and geometric degree of the hole of the roller meet the customer's requirements.

4. Surface treatment: The surface of  roller needs to be treated with an oxide layer or coating to improve its corrosion resistance and surface hardness.

5. Inspection process: After the manufacturing of roller is completed, a strict inspection process is required, including appearance quality inspection, size and geometric degree inspection, strength testing, toughness testing, and wear resistance testing. Only through these inspections can the quality of the pearlite 1 roller be guaranteed to meet the customer's requirements.
