Production process
    The production of factory rolls is carried out according to the following process:
Firstly, in order to ensure the quality and performance of the rolls, it is necessary to choose high-quality raw materials. The commonly used materials include high-temperature alloy steel, ultra-high temperature alloy steel, low chromium alloy, etc., which are produced according to your needs. After heating, forging, quenching, annealing, precision cutting and other processes, raw materials can become high-quality rolling materials.
Secondly, according to customer needs, the workshop will use CNC equipment for precision machining such as turning, milling, cutting, and drilling to manufacture rolls that meet customer requirements. After process optimization, the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and comprehensive performance of the roller will be further improved.
Finally, after the roller processing is completed, the workshop will conduct a series of inspections and tests. Such as metallographic analysis, hardness testing, dimensional accuracy testing, surface finish testing, etc., to ensure that the quality of the rolls meets the standards and customer needs.


Packaging process

    In order to respect customer requirements and ensure the safety and integrity of the rolls, the factory also has a strict process in packaging.
Roller packaging is generally divided into the following steps:
1. Cleaning treatment
After a series of processing and testing, the surface of the roller is generally relatively clean, but in order to prevent pollution and damage caused by external factors, professional cleaning treatment is also required.
2. Rust prevention treatment
Steel, when exposed to the air, can rust and corrode due to oxidation, and rollers are inevitably affected during long-term transportation and storage. Therefore, it is very necessary to carry out rust prevention treatment on the rollers. The commonly used methods include surface coating with antioxidant paint, wrapping layers of PE film, or closed packaging.
3. Choose appropriate packaging materials
During transportation, the roller can also be affected by vibrations, collisions, and other factors. In order to minimize friction and vibration to ensure the safety and integrity of long-distance transportation, it is best for factories to choose packaging materials with good cushioning.
4. Designate responsible person for packaging
Each packaging box has a designated person in charge for packaging. This person in charge needs to be familiar with the specific packaging process. He needs to make precise measurements for each roller and select the most suitable packaging material for packaging. In this way, the rollers can receive the best protection and ultimately be safely and intact delivered to the customer's hands.
